Abstracts:

This study examines the problem of developing the creative activity of future teachers of professional training in higher education. The relevance is due to the increasing demands on the professional competence of teachers who are capable of innovative activities and non-standard solutions to professional problems. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches to understanding creative activity, examines methods and forms of organizing the educational process aimed at stimulating the creative potential of students, and offers practical recommendations for improving the training of future teachers of professional training in higher education. In the course of the presentation of the article, the peculiarities of the development of creative activity of future teachers of professional training in higher education are substantiated according to the following criteria: personal-motivational; professional-pedagogical competence; creative thinking and innovation; methodological readiness for project-/problem-based activities; digital literacy and multimedia competencies; practical activities and reflection; assessment and professional reflection. The results of the study can be used in the development of curricula and methodological materials that contribute to the formation of a creative personality of a teacher who is ready for effective professional activity in modern educational environment. As part of the implementation, it is proposed to introduce design and research modules aimed at developing independence, critical thinking and teamwork skills. New criteria for evaluating creative competencies are being developed, including portfolios, reflective diaries, and demonstration of results in the context of practical tasks.
