Abstracts:
The article analyzes the historical evolution and institutional transformation of the Scientific and Educational Innovation Center of Pedagogy and Psychology of Personality as a representative case of higher education’s adaptation to modern challenges. The relevance stems from the need to study the transformation of traditional pedagogical structures in response to paradigm shifts in education caused by socio-economic and cultural changes. Using historical-genetic and systemic approaches, the study examines the development stages of the center from its foundation to the present, including structural changes, personnel policy, and research activities. Key transformation stages are identified: from a practice-oriented structure to a research-educational hub. Strategic orientations include developing innovative educational technologies, conducting fundamental and applied research, and creating a continuous education system. The center’s role in implementing state educational development programs is analyzed. The Center demonstrates a successful adaptation model to modern educational paradigms, combining leadership continuity, staff renewal, and structural expansion, aligning with strategic goals of the Russian education development.
