| Abstracts: | The strategic tasks set by the Russian government for creative-oriented universities necessitate the search for breakthrough ideas for the development of mechanisms to stimulate researches of young people in the field of science and technology, the formation of research skills among students. The article presents the results of a study related to solving this problem by involving young researchers and developers in scientific research in the field of culture and creative economy. The system of formation and development of research skills of talented youth is substantiated on the example of the Kazan State Institute of Culture. Examples of the implementation of the technological component of the system, including the development of innovative grant projects funded by the state and corresponding to the best Russian and international practices in the field of science, digital technologies and innovations, are given. As a separate component of the system of developing the research skills of talented youth, the article presents the technology of continuous training of young scientific and pedagogical personnel, built both at the university and in the republic, including the formation of a high level of motivation of young people for research activities and the development of international scientific cooperation. The authors see prospects for further functioning of the system at the university in joint research projects; congress and exhibition activities; organization of participation in international grant competitions and expert activities; development and implementation of mechanisms for popularization of science and scientific achievements to a wide audience.
