Name of article:EXPERIENCE OF USING METHODS FOR DEVELOPING ASSOCIATIVE-IMAGINATIVE THINKING AMONG STUDENTS OF A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY
Keywords:

The research is devoted to the study of experience of developing associative-imaginitive thinking among senior students of a pedagogical university using the author’s methods “Semantography”. It is conducted in the context of the concept of teacher training until 2030, aimed at developing the professional competence of future teachers in the context of modern educational requirements.

The increasing need for the development of soft skills, including creativity, critical thinking and the ability to clearly present information, dictates the need to develop effective approaches to learning.

A set of theoretical and empirical methods was used, including literature analysis, questionnaires, and evaluation of student projects. The research is based on a systematic approach complemented by pedagogical technologies and personality-oriented methods.

Based on the results of empirical research, conclusions have been drawn about the need to conduct additional research in this area, testing different forms of interaction and adapting technology to specific educational situations.

The use of methods for developing associative-imaginative thinking has shown positive dynamics in increasing students’ motivation and creativity, but no significant increase in the level of knowledge and competencies has been recorded. For further successful implementation of the technology, a thorough assessment of the conditions and needs of specific learning situations is necessary.
