Abstracts:

The article considers the urgent problem of transition of the system of professional pedagogical training to the polysubject form of organization. The purpose of the research is to study the possibility of introduction of the polysubject form of organization of pedagogical education in the system of training of pedagogical personnel in the Russian Federation, where the traditional model dominates today, in which the main subjects of the educational process are the university teacher and the student. In this regard, the author analyzes the reasons for the prevalence of the subject-oriented (partially subject-subject) system in the training of pedagogical personnel in modern Russia. The circle of institutional participants that can act as subjects of the polysubject form (universities, schools, education authorities, families of students, public organizations, etc.) is determined. The author provides the definitions of the concepts of polysubject and polysubjectivity in the educational process, substantiates the difference between the polysubject model and the traditional system of subjects. The paper presents the examples of empirical research and practice, showing manifestations of the polysubject approach in education, including the Russian models of network interaction in pedagogical training and a brief comparative analysis of the foreign experience. There are given the recommendations for the transition to a polysubject form of organization of the teacher training system based on strategic documents for the development of education (the Strategy for the Development of Education until 2030, the Federal State Educational Standard, national projects). It is concluded that the transition to a polysubject form of professional education is a necessary step in the development of pedagogical system, since it allows for the maximum realization of the personal potential of teachers.
