The article considers the need to integrate the traditional pedagogical method Quiz and applied methods in modern pedagogy. The aim is to study this tool and its methodological features for the formation of digital literacy among students. The possibilities of online quizzes for gaining and deepening knowledge, arousing interest and motivation are emphasized. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was government strategies, scientific materials in the field of digital and pedagogical technologies, as well as the results of a regional online quiz. The basic concepts are defined and popular digital services are listed that allow you to organize and conduct quizzes online. The results of the analysis of the online quiz “Artificial Intelligence”, which was organized and conducted by the author herself, are presented. It is indicated that visualizing a ranked series of participants’ responses in the form of a diagram helps to determine the complexity of the online quiz questions for further improvement. The main stages of the online quiz implementation and the requirements for the organizer and participants are described in detail. Online quizzes open up new opportunities for students to develop their digital skills and digital literacy, while teachers have the opportunity to actively use this tool as an additional modern method of training and development.
